The Designer
I have always loved the idea of creating something that is beautiful and unique. As well as the love of using and
creating from the things of the earth! I try to envision something for everyone, from design, to color, to size etc.
Some like less wire and some like the look of fine wire swirled around a beautiful stone or gem. I wear my
jewelry as a way of presentation. I have had people actually stop me at the store and ask me where I got my
pendant or necklace! Or when I am having a conversation with someone who can't look at your face
for looking at the pendant! I am sure that every artisan out there has repeated those same words over and
again...but then...I guess that is what it's all about!!! When we make others happy, we surely make
ourselves happy too!
Looking back thru history and realizing that people have loved and enjoyed beautiful gemstone jewlery for
thousands of years inspires me! I only would like to leave a small mark, well, at least a pocketful of
satisfaction! I hope you like what you see and will stop back often!

I come from a very talented family. We all do some sort of craft from Scrapbooking, cards, flower arranging,
wood and leather working, and also, ceramics and then some! I love to have my hand in it all. But, when
I had a piece of wire in my hands to sculpt, I was hooked! I wanted every beautiful stone there was in the
world!
I was so excited to learn and do this new craft that I would stay up half the night! And I still wish I had more
time and energy for it! I'm sure all of the other artisans out there know what I am talking about. You have a
need to create, and when it is finished, there is such a feeling of fullfilment and accomplishment.

I am also a Cancer survivor. I was diagnosed with a lung tumor in 2010, which turned out to be Cancer. In May of
2011, I had major Surgery for the removal of the affected lobe. Wow, what an ordeal! I have been in the process of
recovery and was very happy to hear that I did not need Chemotherapy or Radiation! So for me, the time has gone
slow, I now feel well enough to focus again on the people and things I love the most, and getting my online studio
up to where I want it to be. So when I say that I appreciate everyone who had visited my site, it is an understatement!
